Office Administrator and Assistant to the Priest of Holmdel NJ Greek Orthodox Parish
Part-time (hours and days tbd based on budget) position available for an experienced office worker with exceptional skills in customer service, bookkeeping, database management, online communications, and general office tasks.
Must be computer literate in Windows 10 and Microsoft Office 365. Ability to learn Parish Data Systems and Quickbooks software is essential. Expert skills at process management, multi-tasking, task-orientation toward meeting deadlines, and accurate record-keeping are required. Must be able to use many different online programs/applications (e.g., MailChimp)
Able to work independently under direction from the priest and parish council president.
Strong accounting, record-keeping, communications, and verbal/written language skills required. Greek language skills. Fluency in English.
Appropriate educational degrees and certifications will be reviewed.
Candidates will be tested in language, finance, and computer skills.
