Being an Altar Boy, or Acolyte, could potentially be one of the most rewarding events in a young boy’s life. His involvement with serving in the Altar during services teaches him Reverence, Respect and Responsibility. To be an Acolyte is an honor. Typically, altar boys should be at least 10 years old.
